Join us for a relaxed and entertaining evening in the historic surroundings of the Undercroft at Cardiff Castle. Dating from the 15th century the Undercroft is one of the oldest parts of the castle lodgings. You will be welcomed into the bar with welsh Mead, a traditional drink from Medieval Times before taking your seats in the Undercroft Banqueting Hall for an evening hosted by Nosweithialu Bute-iful Nights, traditionally costumed hosts will serve your meal and keep you entertained with a selecton of traditional and contemporary songs in both English and Welsh, all accompanied by a harpist. This is a wonderful opportunity to hear Welsh language at it's most poetic and in this most atmospheric of settings.
Throughout your four course dinner, wine or soft drinks will be served (included). There is a pre pay bar also available for pre dinner drinks.

Oak-smoked Llyn back bacon filled with Penclawss laverbread and oats, with balsamic and apple chutney.
Traditional Welsh Cawl
Pembroke chicken breast filled with caerphilly cheese, wrapped in Carmarthen ham and cariad wine cream sauce. Carrots, brassica vegetables and minted Pembroke potatoes.
Tenby cream, fruits of the forest coulis & Danzy Jones flavoured custard.

ITINERARY
Saturday: We will depart from Bressenden Place at 08.00am and make our way to Wales. We will make a stop at Chepstow Castle (£4.50) that has for centuries guarded the border between England and Wales. Your evening at Cardiff Castle will be spent in the 15th Century undercroft, one of the oldest parts of the castle. Enjoy an evenng of great food and wonderful entertainment. (coach will return to hotel after the banquet but feel free to visit one of the many Cardiff/Swansea night clubs and make your own way back to the hotel) Hotels in Cardiff and Swansea used on this tour.
Sunday: A lazy morning after your banquet, enjoy a leisurely breakfast. We will depart at about mid day and head into Cardiff where you will have time to explore this fascinating city, visit the Millenium Stadium (£5.00), Cardiff Castle (£6.00). We head away late afternoon for our return journey to London.
INCLUDES: Return coach travel, services of driver/tour manager. Twin/double share accommodation, Welsh Banquet at Cardiff Castle, Excursions as per intinerary but no entrance fees are included.
ACCOMMODATION: Our groups are based in 3 star hotels. Some have swimming pools, sauna, gym & spa (some hotels do make a small charge for use). All rooms are twin or double with ensuite bathrooms, colour TV, hair dryer and complementary tea and coffee. We do not operate a single supplement, those travelling on their own will be allocated a twin share room (with another single traveller of same sex) and we do not offer triple rooms. Twin/Double rooms. We will do our utmost to accommodate you in your preferred request but this is not always possible.
WHAT TO BRING: Smart casual wear for the banquet, no jeans or trainers. As some hotels have a swimming pool and sauna, you are advised to bring your swimming gear.

DEPARTURE DETAILS: This tour departs at 08.00 from Bressenden Place. We aim to be back no later than 20.00.

Booking Conditions for Tracks Travel not Tracks Worldwide
Please note the following conditions and information does not apply to the London Walks featured on our site. All walks are run by the original London Walks Company and more information can be found on their website www.walks.com.
All our trips* depart from Bressenden Place, which is a few minutes walk from Victoria Underground Station. All day trips depart at 9am unless otherwise stated and aim to return back to London for 7pm. The MegaDay tours depart at 08.00 and aims to be back for 8pm, as does the Cardiff day trip.
*Times and departure points for London Walks are displayed on the walks pages of this website. They DO NOT depart from Bressenden Place at 9am.
*Weekend departure times vary and it is your responsibility to check the departure time for your trip, which is published on our website. Tracks cannot be held responsible for missed departures due to late arrival.
Online Discounts:
These only apply to tours booked and paid for online, they are not available over the telephone or by any other means of payment. They are for a limited period and limited number of seats. The offer can be withdrawn at any time.
To take up the offer you must always write the discounted price on the booking form. Failure to do so will result in full payment being taken.
Double Booking Special:
Our double booking special offer will save you £2 on the price of your second day trip. To take advantage of the offer, you need only complete one booking form. In the comments box at the bottom of the page you need to provide details of the second day trip you wish to book. Discount only applies when ONE PERSON is travelling on TWO DIFFERENT departures, NOT to two people travelling on the same departure.
General Booking Conditions:
All Day Trips: Once booked and paid for are non refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.
Weekend and Short Breaks: 50% cancellation charges if cancelled before 14 days of travel, if cancelled less than 14 days 100% cancellation charges. Transfers on weekend tours can be made up to 14 days prior to departure, subject to availability. A transfer fee of £20 per person will be charged.
Tracks cannot be held responsible for any costs, incurred due to the late arrival or departure of the coach.
Those booked on our weekend and short break tours are required to have travel insurance to cover them throughout the tour.
We reserve the right to alter the itineraries as required. On the rare occasion when we have insufficient numbers we reserve the right to withdraw the tour. All clients will be notified in advance and offered an alternative tour or full refund.
Those travelling on tours outside the United Kingdom are required to travel with their passports and any necessary visa. The issue of a travel visa is the sole responsibility of the client.
Complaints
Should you have a complaint during the tour, contact your tour manager and they will do their best to rectify your problem. If we cannot resolve your complaint at the time, you should make your complaint in writing and send it to us at Tracks Travel Limited, The Flots, Brookland, Romney Marsh, Kent, TN29 9TG, within 21 days of the end of the tour. We will be unable to deal with any complaints unless we receive details in writing in that time period.
